Job summary

Doall Company is seeking a Junior Technical Sales Representative to grow a designated territory by building and nurturing client relationships. You will collaborate with multiple departments to address customer needs and support sales targets.

Responsibilities include conducting regular sales calls, using a consultative approach to recommend products, and assisting in developing strategies to increase sales and profitability. Travel may be required, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with industrial/MRO sectors is advantageous.
• Professional demeanor with integrity and accountability.
• Familiarity with Automated Procurement Systems (APS) is a plus.
• Fast-paced environment; able to handle multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and frequent territory travel.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Experience with MS Office and CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular sales calls to prospective and existing customers under guidance of senior staff.
• Use consultative approach to understand requirements and recommend products or services.
• Support in building long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Assist in addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to achieving sales and gross margin targets.
• Introduce and demonstrate new products to clients.
• Report market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with suppliers on joint sales calls for mutual opportunities.
• Represent the company ethically and professionally in all activities.
• Attend sales meetings, product presentations, and events.
• Assist in developing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations; assist in negotiations.
