You will sit in on junior hiring to align the org chart with strategy, frame quick tradeoffs for executives, and help drive quarterly goals across business units while building a strong talent pipeline.

• Identify friction in the Arvada customer journey and address it.
• Knit together Arvada, CO P&L across three teams.
