You will partner with the Talent Development Manager and HR to implement development strategies, coordinate courses, manage the LMS, and support onboarding and performance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in an HR or administrative role.

• Demonstrated attention to detail and initiative to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Talent Development courses and events, both in-person and virtual.
• Update and maintain the LMS; schedule, register participants, and generate reports.
• Support onboarding by improving the New Employee Orientation and first 90 days.
• Assist with Performance Management processes and certification tracking.
• Serve as main point of contact for learning-related employee questions.
• Manage relationships with vendors and maintain process documentation.
