Cardinal Technology Systems, Corp ("CTech-Sys"), is a government IT solutions provider focused on federal contracts across the United States. We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition & HR Analyst to support recruiting for federal programs and assist with HR operations.

The role works with the HR Analyst/Recruiter, gaining hands-on training to manage recruiting tasks, maintain candidate pipelines, and handle onboarding, benefits, and payroll coordination as needed. Eligibility for U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Entry-level recruiting or HR experience, internships accepted.
• Eligibility to obtain U.S. Government Public Trust / SECRET / TOP SECRET clearance.
• Must reside in HUBZone.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Source, identify, and screen candidates for federal contracts, proposals, and staffing initiatives.
• Post openings, review applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines, ATS, and recruiting documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and benefits/payroll tasks.
• Meet recruiting deadlines in a fast-paced government contracting environment.
