• Interest in workflow automation and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Request Catalog items, workflows, forms, and automation.
• Troubleshoot issues and support ongoing operation of ServiceNow catalog solutions.
• Gather requirements with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Design, test, and deploy catalog enhancements to improve UX and efficiency.
• Monitor tickets and issues; investigate root causes and resolve.
• Participate in workflow automation initiatives with low-code and scripting.
• Assist with integrations and APIs as skills develop.
• Perform unit testing, documentation, and user acceptance testing.
• Follow development standards and change management processes.
• Participate in code reviews and team knowledge-sharing.
