Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a ServiceNow Systems Engineer to design, develop and maintain robust systems in a dynamic computing environment. You will utilize both cloud-based and on-prem tools to deliver scalable, reliable and secure solutions.

You will implement best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage upgrades, migrations and new implementations to optimize efficiency and functionality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust systems and services.
• Write scripts, templates, interfaces and utility applications to improve functionality and automate processes.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot and document new and enhanced systems and processes.
• Provide level three support for areas of expertise.
