Job summary

Cliff Castle Casino Hotel is seeking a Systems Administrator to support the IT Department, managing information systems, hardware distribution, and Windows-based networks in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes troubleshooting, backups/restores, user access control, email setup, and ensuring licensing compliance and security. You will train technicians, maintain policies, and oversee daily IT operations to deliver reliable technology for gaming and hospitality services.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems and SQL Server 2005/2008; .NET environment familiarity preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays; 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service information systems and peripheral equipment distribution.
• Oversee Windows applications and LAN hardware/software maintenance.
• Handle troubleshooting, router maintenance, user access control, passwords, email setup, backups and restores.
• Train and supervise Technicians as directed by the department head.
• Maintain technology policies, inventories and licensing compliance.
• Ensure updates, patches and vendor requirements are met for all systems.
• Maintain security of user accounts and corporate networks; disaster recovery readiness.
• Provide technical supervision of IT staff and day-to-day department activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
