Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, training, or instructional design.
• Foundational skills in installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and common server software.
• Basic skills in instructional design and presentation development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with server builds, OS installation, configuration, patching, and routine maintenance per procedures.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot and document incidents with clear diagnostics.
• Use standard tools for user/group management, permissions, and basic network config on servers; update records.
• Help design and deliver technical training with objectives, content organization, and learner-friendly steps.
• Build training assets like slide decks, handouts, simple e-learning modules, job aids, and quick references.
• Facilitate portions of classroom or virtual training; collect feedback and measure effectiveness.
• Track training participation and LMS outcomes; assist change-management for new rollouts.
