Responsibilities

• Provide on-site systems administration in a 24x7 environment.
• Troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers remotely and on-site.
• Perform security administration and patch maintenance.
• Monitor networks and perform system configuration.
• Open, track, and resolve help desk tickets by phone and email.
• Support firewalls, PKI, and patch management.
• Create, verify, and restore data backups.
