Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Junior System Administrator to support DISA's GSM-O contract at Scott AFB, Illinois. The role requires independent work to maintain multi-user systems and coordination with customers and other admins. On-call and weekend support may be required. Basic qualifications include a BA or equivalent, 1 year in customer service, and eligibility for an Interim SECRET

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year in customer service environment.
• Interim SECRET clearance eligibility before start.
• Security+ or DoD 8750 certification within 6 months.
• Basic scripting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multi-user computer systems operations and coordination with customers and other admins.
• Communicate policies and procedures to customers.
• Update digital systems and track tickets.
• Monitor alarm systems.
• Provide on-call, extended-hour, and weekend support as required by mission or emergency situations.
• Create, maintain, and implement detailed documentation and SOPs.
