SOFTSWISS is growing its team and seeks a Support Manager - Junior to provide reliable first-line support and monitor gaming infrastructure. You will handle client requests via Jira and ensure timely resolutions across internal and partner systems.

Ideal candidates have bilingual English and Russian abilities, some helpdesk experience, and a technical education background. The role includes a 2/2/3 schedule and health/benefits as part of the package.

Competenze

• Higher or incomplete higher education is preferred.
• B2+ level of English and Russian.
• Experience in helpdesk support is desirable.

Mansioni

• Process client requests in Jira helpdesk system.
• Maintain performance of gaming infrastructure.
• Coordinate with other departments and partner helpdesks.
• Work on a 2/2/3 shift from 10:00 to 22:00 (GMT+3).
