SOFTSWISS is seeking an Integration Manager to ensure stability, reliability, and efficiency of integrations between client environments and internal platforms. You will analyze requirements, configure integration environments, and monitor API communication to maintain seamless data exchange and high system performance.

Working with clients and the development team, you will translate business needs into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the integration process,

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of network technologies and Internet fundamentals.
• Experience with API communication, logging, and error monitoring.
• Familiarity with SQL basics and data troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English and Russian (speaking and reading).

Key responsibilities:

• Configuration and maintaining of integration environment
• Analysis of clients' requirements and API integration consulting
• Troubleshooting and system monitoring and analysis
• Preventing issues, providing reliability and improving performance
• Communicating vendor requirements to the development team

Required Experience:

• Strong knowledge of network technologies, concepts and generally how the modern Internet works
• Good understanding of API communication, experience with logging, error monitoring systems, and ability to reading log files or error traces
• Knowing of SQL basics
• Good debugging, analytical, problem-solving skills
• Upper-Intermediate English and Russian
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Nice to have:

• Previous experience as a technical account manager, manual QA, or technical support specialist of field-specific education
