Job summary

Elite Executive Partners is seeking a recent civil/structural engineering graduate or early-career professional to join a team designing innovative precast concrete modular buildings for critical infrastructure across North America.

You will assist with structural design, prepare calculations and drawings, and collaborate with engineering, drafting, manufacturing, and project teams to develop practical, buildable solutions while supporting product improvements and ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or graduating soon).
• Internship, coursework, or experience with structural or concrete design preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, RISA, STAAD, or similar software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain it is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the structural design and analysis of precast concrete modular buildings.
• Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and design documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, drafting, manufacturing, and project teams to develop practical, buildable solutions.
• Support product improvements and engineering standardization efforts.
• Ensure designs meet applicable building codes and engineering standards.
