Qualifications

• Master's degree in structural engineering strongly preferred.
• Exceptional candidates with a bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of highly technical structural design experience may be considered.
• Fundamental knowledge of advanced steel/ reinforced concrete design and structural analysis required.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design under licensed engineers.
• Produce accurate, organized contract documents and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project teams and clients through meetings and written communication.
• Participate in site visits to observe conditions and construction.
• Progress toward PE licensure with mentorship and professional development.
• Contribute to project success through ownership and collaboration.
