Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead the back-of-house team at The Yacht Club, Hotel Trinity, Austin. You’ll ensure consistency, quality, and a culture of teamwork while delivering an outstanding dining experience for every guest.

You’ll open or close the kitchen, enforce WLW standards, mentor a diverse culinary team, and drive safety, cost controls, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced luxury seafood setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a leadership culinary role.
• Fluent in all cooking procedures and techniques.
• Proven ability to train and mentor a diverse culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the kitchen and manage shift transitions.
• Lead and enforce WLW processes and standards.
• Train, coach, and develop culinary staff for high performance.
• Ensure consistency of cooking procedures and recipes.
• Support department financial and guest-satisfaction goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen.
