Job summary

Leidos seeks a Junior Software Engineer to join the Chinook Program supporting an IC customer and evolving an application with national security impact. You will collaborate with experienced engineers in an Agile team, write clean code, and deliver software components under guidance.

You may work from Englewood, CO or other locations, with access to modern technologies and CI/CD pipelines across REST APIs, databases, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required by contract.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, test, and deploy software solutions under guidance of senior engineers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback.
