Job summary

AV is seeking a Software Engineer I to join a fast-moving, collaborative Agile team. You will design, develop and test software for new products, including cloud-based tools, with mentorship from senior engineers.

Typical work includes coding, debugging and delivering on schedule while following AV's development processes. The role supports Windows/Linux development with exposure to C#, Java, C++, and Web UI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of software development experience in Windows or Linux environments.
• Familiarity with C#, Java, C++, or Web UI and OO design.

Responsibilities

• Follow defined software development lifecycle processes.
• Support full life-cycle of product including design, coding, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Write modular, reusable, testable, scalable code and unit tests.
