Job summary

Leidos in San Diego, CA (and Arlington, VA) is seeking a Junior Signal Processing Engineer to support EW programs. You will develop, model, and test algorithms in MATLAB, Simulink, or C++, and analyze results from simulations or real data to identify root causes and trends.

Taking direction from your team, you will plan analytical research, design development, participate in testing, and work with scientists to advance radar signal processing and related applications, while pursuing growth in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field and 2+ years of experience or an MS and relevant experience.
Active Secret clearance and eligible to obtain a TS/SCI level clearance US citizenship required.
Experience with MATLAB, Linux, Mathematica, Python, Simulink - and languages such as C/C++, Java etc.
Working knowledge of scientific programming and algorithm development; Experience with radar signal processing.
Demonstrated strong oral and written communication; Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
