Leidos is seeking a Senior Signal Processing Engineer in Arlington, VA (onsite) or San Diego, CA to research, design, and develop signal collection, processing and dissemination systems for Electronic Warfare.

The role emphasizes leading technical teams, developing advanced algorithms, and supporting business development with technical proposals, lab and field testing, and cross-team collaboration with government customers.

Qualifications

• US citizen with active Secret clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years or Master's with 10+ years.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Linux, Mathematica, Python, Simulink; C/C++, Java.
• Experience leading technical teams and interacting with government customers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced algorithms and perform simulations on real and synthetic data.
• Serve as Technical Team Lead on multiple EW projects.
• Support marketing and capture efforts through technical proposals.
• Lead or participate in lab-based and field testing.
• Communicate results to team, customers, and management.
