Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 12+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Active U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
• Fluent with MATLAB, Linux, Mathematica, Python, Simulink and languages like C/C++, Java
• Experience leading small multi-disciplinary technical teams and/or projects
• Experience in EW, SIGINT or radar fields as a technical leader

Responsibilities

• Develop novel algorithms, perform performance simulation and analysis using real data
• Serve as Technical Team Lead for EW programs
• Support marketing and business development initiatives with technical solutions
• Participate in lab-based and field testing of systems
• Lead multiple projects and communicate results to team and customers
