Job summary

Serco North America is seeking an Entry-Level ServiceNow Developer to support the development, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow applications across mission-critical systems.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong technical foundation and a desire to grow within enterprise ITSM platforms. On-the-job training and mentorship are provided to build hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong programming fundamentals; ITSM concepts.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and web basics.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and configuration of ServiceNow apps using App Engine Studio.
• Support ITSM modules: Incident, Change, and Request Management.
• Develop forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows.
• Participate in requirements analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues and support platform improvements.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and security standards.
• Maintain documentation of solutions.
