Holman, a family-owned global automotive services organization, invites applications for an Assistant Service Advisor at Audi of Ft. Washington.

You will welcome customers, determine service needs, educate on services, and coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure smooth repairs. This full-time position requires a High School Diploma, strong communication, and at least 2 years in administrative services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• 2+ years’ experience in administrative services or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous and effective service.
• Interact with customers via phone or in person to determine service needs and prioritize required services.
• Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers.
• Provide administrative support to Service Advisors.
• Follow up with all service customers when their assigned advisor is absent.
• Continue to train alongside experienced advisors to gain knowledge of skills needed to become a successful advisor.
• Complete and maintain all company and dealer training requirements for the advisor position.
