Qualifications

• Previous experience is a plus.
• Customer Service experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from New and Used car managers.
• Organize and book service, maintenance and repairs with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure recovery vehicles are organized promptly.
• Schedule other ancillary services as required.
• Keep New and Used Managers and other interested parties informed of progress.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
