Job summary

Holman, a family-owned global automotive services organization, seeks an Internal Service Advisor for Audi Flatirons. You will handle service scheduling, coordinate with vendors, and manage inventory vehicle repairs.

Starting pay ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 USD annually for full-time employment, with bonuses. We offer comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO, holidays and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is a plus.
• Customer Service experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from New and Used car managers who wish to organize service, maintenance and repairs to their inventory vehicles.
• Organize and book service, maintenance and repairs with the appropriate suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure that recovery vehicles are organized promptly.
• Schedule other ancillary services as required.
• Keep New and Used Managers and other interested parties informed of progress.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
