Job summary

Applied Business Software, Inc. (ABS), the maker of The Mortgage Office, is seeking an Entry Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Huntington Beach, CA.

You will identify and nurture new business opportunities while learning the foundations of SaaS sales in fintech. You will use LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo.io, and HubSpot to manage outreach, qualify leads with BANT, and schedule demos for our account executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold calling or inside sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented approach.
• Quick learner with interest in technology, SaaS and fintech.
• Familiarity with private lending industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospects using LinkedIn Navigator and Apollo.io.
• Craft and manage email campaigns and sequences in HubSpot CRM.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media.
• Qualify leads using Budget, Authority, Need, Timing (BANT).
• Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product updates.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead generation.
