SOCOTEC US is seeking a Junior Scheduler / Project Controls Consultant to support our project advisory and construction consulting practice in New York. The role focuses on developing and maintaining construction schedules with guidance from senior schedulers and project controls professionals.

The ideal candidate has about two years of relevant experience with a general contractor or construction organization and is eager to expand into CPM scheduling, schedule analysis, and construction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction scheduling experience or related
• Understanding of construction sequencing and milestones
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to organize and analyze project information
• Experience with reviewing schedules and contractor submissions

Responsabilités

• Develop, review, and maintain detailed construction project schedules
• Create CPM schedules based on scope and sequencing
• Prepare baseline, updates, recovery, and look-ahead schedules
• Review contractor submissions for completeness and logic
• Monitor progress and integrate actuals into schedules
• Support schedule narratives, progress reports, and management presentations
• Assist with schedule risk, delay analyses, and change order evaluations
