Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Approximately 2 or more years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Practical experience developing or maintaining construction schedules.
• Understanding of construction sequencing, milestones and relationships between design, procurement and construction.
• Basic understanding of CPM scheduling principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of detailed construction project schedules.
• Develop and update CPM schedules based on scope, sequencing, and contractor work plans.
• Support baseline schedules, updates, recovery schedules, and short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Review contractor schedule submissions for completeness and compliance.
• Monitor progress and incorporate actual progress into updates.
• Identify critical activities and potential impacts to milestones.
• Assist with analysis of schedule variances and changes to the critical path.
• Work with project teams to collect schedule information and supporting documents.
• Prepare schedule narratives, progress reports, and management presentations.
• Support schedule impact assessments and delay analyses under senior guidance.
