Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Understanding of CPM scheduling and project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain detailed construction schedules.
• Update CPM schedules based on scope and work plans.
• Prepare baseline schedules, progress updates, and look‑ahead schedules.
• Review contractor submissions for logic, sequencing, and durations.
• Monitor progress and incorporate actuals into updates.
• Identify critical activities and potential impacts on milestones.
• Assist in schedule narratives and management presentations.
• Support schedule risk and delay analyses under supervision.
