SOCOTEC is seeking a Junior Scheduler / Project Controls Consultant to support growing project advisory and construction consulting practice in the United States. This role offers hands-on experience in developing and maintaining construction schedules and expanding capabilities in project controls and schedule analysis.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Approximately 2+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Practical experience developing or maintaining construction schedules.
• Understanding of sequencing, milestones, and design-procurement-construction links.
• Basic CPM scheduling principles.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in development, review, and maintenance of detailed construction schedules.
• Develop and update CPM schedules based on scope and plans.
• Support baseline schedules, updates, recovery schedules and look-ahead schedules.
• Review contractor submissions for completeness and logic.
• Monitor progress and update schedules with actual data.
• Identify critical and near-critical activities and potential impacts.
• Assist with schedule variance analysis and delay assessments.
• Collect schedule information and prepare narratives, progress reports, and presentations.
• Support broader project controls activities and documentation.
