Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a Quanta Services company, seeks a Junior Scheduler to support project controls across transmission, distribution, substation, and renewable energy projects in the Western United States. Under the Project Controls Manager, you will help build, maintain, and analyze CPM schedules reflecting field conditions and contractual obligations.

This role is office-based with hybrid flexibility; travel up to 100% on certain projects may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in construction project controls or scheduling support.
• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE or equivalent experience.
• Basic CPM scheduling knowledge and schedule logic.
• Familiar with Primavera P6 or Summit Line training.
• Proficient in Excel and managing large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline CPM schedules and update weekly.
• Link activity logic in Primavera P6 to model field workflows.
• Produce schedule variance and look-ahead reports for reviews.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams for data updates.
• Prepare delay analyses and TIAs under supervision.
