Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a Quanta Services company, seeks a Junior Scheduler to support project controls across transmission, distribution, substation, and renewable energy construction in the Western United States. The role is office-based with hybrid flexibility in Heber City, Utah, and may require extensive field travel on active projects.

You will build and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera P6, coordinate with project managers, and prepare progress and delay analyses under the guidance of

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in construction project controls or scheduling support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Basic CPM scheduling knowledge and schedule logic concepts.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or willingness to complete Summit Line training.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline CPM schedules for transmission, distribution, substations, and renewables.
• Update schedules weekly/monthly reflecting progress and revised sequencing.
• Build activity logic in Primavera P6 linking tasks and milestones.
• Support resource-loaded schedules aligning crews with milestones and budgets.
• Prepare variance reports and two-week look-ahead schedules with field teams.
• Assist in delay analyses, TIAs, and schedule recovery plans.
