Job summary

Haskell is seeking an entry-level Scheduler to develop foundational scheduling skills and learn CPM principles using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

You will assist Lead/Senior Schedulers with progress tracking, submittals, RFIs, and creating look-ahead schedules while gaining exposure to project reporting.

This on-site role emphasizes safety training, OSHA 10, and collaboration with project teams to support timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience acceptable.
• Basic CPM understanding and scheduling fundamentals.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead/Senior Scheduler with applying and tracking actual start/finish status for procurement and construction activities.
• Learn to compare actual progress against planned work activities.
• Assist in generating and distributing look-ahead schedules for the project team.
• Learn to write monthly reporting requirements and narratives.
• Assist in analyzing schedules and explaining schedule/float paths to meet project completion.
• Support schedule change management and data integrity efforts.
