Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a qualified Scheduler in New Jersey to support Lead/Sr. Scheduler with planning and scheduling efforts across multiple project teams.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining project schedules, applying CPM principles, and ensuring data integrity on site. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management is preferred, with at least two years of scheduling experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred, 2 years of scheduling required.
• Experience in a commercial contracting environment preferred.
• Advanced CPM principles applied to Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage complex tasks and schedules.
• Knowledge of construction methods and industry planning practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead/Sr. Scheduler with regular site walkthroughs to verify progress.
• Facilitate schedule update meetings to resolve issues and sequencing conflicts.
• Review subcontractor schedules for master schedule integration.
• Track subcontractor time frames per contract durations.
• Produce and distribute look-ahead schedules.
• Develop Basis of Schedule reports and Time Impact Analysis.
• Support safety training and OSHA 10 certification.
• Travel to support scheduling efforts as needed.
