Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer, quote, and contract data in CRM/ERP.
• Prepare and submit quotes based on requirements and pricing.
• Prepare and process rental and sales contracts and related documents.
• Coordinate execution and file completed documents.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup logistics with the team.
• Assist walk-in customers and route complex questions to the appropriate team.
• Verify order details and support credit/setup per policy.
• Track open items and communicate updates to teams and customers.
• Maintain audit-ready records for quotes and contracts.
• Escalate issues affecting satisfaction or safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
