Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales discipline; experience in operations preferred.
• Project Management experience preferred
• Direct, B2B, SaaS, or tele sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of scalable processes to support the Reddit Program
• Work with sales operations, enablement and leadership to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and enhance campaign execution
• Identify bottlenecks through workflow shadows and provide recommendations to the business for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Conduct regular audits on process documentation, ensuring processes are documented, accurate, organized, and easily accessible to the business
• Manage team calendar invites and ensure communication updates are cascaded broadly across the team
• Troubleshoot and provide support for tooling challenges
• Act as a liaison between sales and other internal organizations to obtain and disseminate knowledge
