Inbound Junior Sales Consultant (Regional Director) — Life Insurance Settlements

Location: Fort Washington, Pennsylvania (On-site)

Compensation: $65k (first year) + uncapped commission + 7.5% annual bonus !

We’re partnering with a top firm in the life insurance secondary market, a leader in one of the fastest-growing sectors of financial services to help them find ambitious, motivated Junior Sales Consultants (Regional Directors) for their growing inbound sales team.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with inbound leads qualify, advise, and close new business
• Help clients and financial advisors understand life settlements and how they can benefit
• Build strong, lasting client relationships through great communication and service
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to hit team targets and drive success
• Get hands-on coaching and support — the firm is known for promoting from within

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree holder (required)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a client-facing role (preferred, not required)
• A confident, proactive communicator who enjoys helping people
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and excited by the idea of uncapped earnings
