The Role

In the Junior Account Executive role, you will support the Sport Specialty Sales team. This position requires a motivated, proactive individual with excellent organization skills, a passion for footwear, and a desire to learn and grow within HOKA. You will work closely with the Senior Strategic Account Manager supporting the R.E.I. business and assist the broader team. Building strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams and external relationships with retail partners is essential. The role involves about 20% travel.

Your Impact
  • Supporting the team through organization and task management, including meetings, sales reports, and orderbooks to meet targets.
  • Analyzing sales data to optimize strategies, track metrics, and monitor product launches.
  • Facilitating internal collaboration across sales, marketing, merchandising, and operations.
  • Managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and aligning needs with partners.
Who You Are
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Passionate about the footwear industry with a desire to lead HOKA forward.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate in record-keeping and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus.

Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000, depending on location and experience.
