Talos is seeking an entry-level Sales Associate to join our institutional finance and digital assets team in New York. You will work with senior Sales and Solutions colleagues across the full deal lifecycle, from outreach and qualification through to solutioning, trials, and close, while developing product expertise.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a client-facing role, ideally enterprise SaaS/fintech.
• Graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered.
• Interest in financial markets, trading, and technology.
• Crypto/digital asset familiarity is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support pipeline generation through targeted prospecting and early-stage qualification across core client segments.
• Join discovery and demo calls with senior team members to map client workflows to Talos capabilities.
• Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce with accurate records of opportunities, contacts, and activities.
• Conduct market and account research to identify high-potential prospects and inform prioritization.
• Coordinate with Solutions, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to advance deals.
