Talos Trading is seeking a Software Engineer to help build the backend platform powering institutional crypto trading. You will design and implement services, ensure performance, and collaborate across product and client teams to enable the full trade lifecycle.

We value engineers who write clean code, think critically, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in finance or crypto is a plus; hybrid work is supported from our NYC HQ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in backend development.
• Experience building enterprise-grade trading, risk or investment software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
• Local to NYC HQ or willing to relocate to NYC.
