Job summary

Bish’s RV in Fairfield, CA is seeking an Entry-Level RV Technician to join our service team. In this role you’ll assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing recreational vehicles (RVs), including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

You’ll work under the guidance of experienced technicians and service managers to develop your skills and gain confidence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Motivated and hands-on Entry-Level RV Technician with eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to diagnose, maintain, and repair RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical).
• Ability to work under supervision and in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform Get Ready and customer orientation tasks.
• Assist inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, carpentry).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Help install accessories and aftermarket parts.
• Document work accurately and assist with service records.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures with tools and hazardous materials.
• Communicate progress or issues with team and supervisors.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on RV systems.
