Job summary
Bertelsmann is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to drive automation initiatives across business units in the United States. You will design, build, test, and deploy automated workflows, integrate with SAP environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
The role requires hands-on experience with UiPath/Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere, APIs, and cloud-based integration (Azure Data Factory/Logic Apps).
Qualifications
- 5+ years hands on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms.
- Basic programming knowledge in HTML/JavaScript or scripting language.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs.
- Experience with Agile development methodology.
- Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL).
- Knowledge of AI and ML concepts.
- Understanding of workflow-based logic.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
- Deploy RPA components including bots and development tools.
- Support deployment and on-call troubleshooting.
- Create process and end-user documentation and train users.
- Monitor automation performance and cost impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
