Job summary

Bertelsmann is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to drive automation initiatives across business units in the United States. You will design, implement, test, and support automated workflows, collaborating with IT, operations and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires hands-on RPA experience with UiPath/Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere, strong scripting skills, and familiarity with SAP modules. Expect cross-functional work and ongoing learning in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
• Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language)
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Experience with Agile development methodology
• Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Experience with SAP (SD, WM, EWM) is preferred
• Microsoft PowerAutomate and PowerApps experience

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools.
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions and daily support.
• Create process and end-user documentation and train users.
• Ensure QA of automation and monitor performance, costs, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
• Capture business requirements and translate into technical designs.
