Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, and deploy automation workflows across business, operations and centralized teams. You will lead initiatives around process automation, testing, bug fixes, and governance while aligning with SAP connections and ISMS guidelines.

The role requires hands-on experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere, plus API integration and SQL/NoSQL knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
• Basic programming knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, or scripting language
• Experience designing technical specification documents for RPA projects
• Experience with APIs development and integration
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Knowledge of AI and ML concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test automation workflows
• Deploy RPA components including bots and tooling
• Lead process design and implementation across teams
• Provide on-call support and troubleshoot production issues
• Create end-user documentation and train users
• Ensure QA and governance with ISMS guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies
