SmartRecruiters, Inc. seeks an experienced RPA Developer to drive automation initiatives across business, operations and IS teams. You will design and implement workflows, deploy bots, and maintain QA and performance metrics while aligning with governance policies.

The role requires strong BI/ML awareness, API proficiency, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset to deliver scalable automation across SAP connections and cloud tools.

Competenze

• 5+ years hands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere.
• Ability to design technical specifications for RPA projects.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and workflow-based logic.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem solving and debugging abilities.

Mansioni

• Provide guidance with process design for new processes and implement established solutions across teams/clients with SAP connections.
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, repos and logging.
• Support deployment and daily operations of RPA solutions; participate in on-call rotation.
• Create process and end-user documentation; train users as needed.
• Ensure QA and monitor automation performance, cost impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate to technical designs.
• Work with developers to ensure proper integration of solutions.
