Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to drive process automation initiatives across business, operations and centralized teams. You will design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows, lead the creation of proofs of concept, and implement solutions to support multiple teams with scalable bots.

The role requires hands-on experience with UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere, strong API skills, SQL/NoSQL, and familiarity with SAP modules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
• Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Experience with Agile development methodology
• Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Understanding of workflow-based logic
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Superior time and project management skills
• Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences
• Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
• Ability to work through ambiguous situation
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects
• Experience with SAP (SD, WM, EWM) is preferred
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Logic Apps
• Experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, BPMN, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net.
• Microsoft PowerAutomate and PowerApps experience

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test automation workflows
• Provide guidance with process design for new processes and implementations across teams/clients
• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions and daily support when necessary
• Create process and end-user documentation and train users
• Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes)
• Monitor automation performance and impact on costs and resources
• Align with governance and ISMS guidelines for all solutions and data handling
• Work with cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects
• Capture business requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration
• Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues, including on-call rotations
• Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes
• Handle additional tasks to ensure efficient, safe operations
