Job summary

Arvato seeks an experienced RPA Developer to innovate automation workflows across business units in the United States. You will design, develop, and test automation, deploying bots and tooling while aligning with IT governance and data handling policies.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs, support deployments, and ensure high-quality automation across teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Basic programming knowledge in HTML/JavaScript or scripting.
• Able to design technical specs for RPA projects.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test automation workflows across teams.
• Deploy RPA components including bots, tooling, and logging.
• Provide guidance with process design for ROA projects across teams/clients.
• Support launch and daily operation of RPA solutions; participate in on-call as needed.
• Create process and end-user documentation and training materials.
• QA automation and monitor performance against cost/resource metrics.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure proper integration and delivery.
