As a RPA Developer your opportunities to make an impact will be:

• Create quality products that solve real business problems while always putting yourself in the shoes of the user.
• Develop and take pride in high quality test driven code.

• Fail quickly while experimenting and trying things that solve important problems in a creative way.
• Selected candidates will be offered a three month trial, will turn into a full time role should all goals be met.

About you:

• Listen intently and ask good questions, by truly hearing what people are saying and respecting their thoughts, ideas and concerns.
• Comfortable following standard operating procedures, consistently communicating and improving upon those procedures.
• Solve technical challenges in a creative manner always putting the user first, not being afraid to experiment, test and troubleshoot.
• Learn new software and /or features in an efficient and effective manner.
• Ability to document and explain how to follow steps and processes to accomplish goals or solve problems.
• Driven to learn and willing to go the extra mile in an environment which encourages freedom and personal responsibility
• Comfort with RPA, UiPath, Git, AppScripts, AWS, Microsoft Azure and .Net.
• BA degree with at least 2 years of experience developing software
