RTX is seeking an RF/Microwave Antenna Engineer in El Segundo, CA, onsite. The role focuses on developing state-of-the-art phased array antennas and performing design analysis, verification, and testing for AESAs.

You will present technical results to peers and program leadership as needed. The position requires a Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering, hands-on lab experience, and familiarity with RF simulation tools such as CST or HFSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or related STEM field.
• Ability to apply basic EE principles and concepts.
• Experience reading technical drawings or electrical schematics.
• Hands-on lab experience with standard EE equipment.
• Exposure to RF simulation tools CST or HFSS.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of phased array antennas.
• Perform design analysis, verification, troubleshooting, and testing for AESAs.
• Present technical information to peers and program leadership.
