Job summary

You will collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, and other partners to deliver holistic financial solutions, meet production goals, and uphold bank risk and ethics standards.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell.
• Strong math skills for credit and financial analysis.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS at employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and propose solutions.
• Set appointments for periodic financial reviews using approved tools.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to deliver holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals while managing risk.
• Guide CSRs in sales and referral processes.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed and protect confidentiality.
