Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the team and support the General Manager in delivering great guest experiences and strong results. You will develop Crew Members and Shift Leaders, oversee daily operations, and ensure standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and maintaining a guest-first culture while ensuring safety, sanitation, and brand procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in food service preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• HS diploma or equivalent required; college a plus.
